By virtue of his hard work, dedication and extensive experience with strong business acumen and vision to foresee business opportunities, he converted a small business into a pioneer company in the field of construction, especially in tunnels, roads, railways electrification works, etc.. Under his stewardship, the company has grown up to take any challenging work in construction field and continuing to execute various projects viz. MORTH, PWD of various states, NHAI, NHIDCL, NF Railway, IRCON, BRO, AAI etc. displaying high quality standards. Besides above, he is associated with various social activities/organisations in North Eastern parts of India.
